Metropolitan Milers : Friday Night Miles 9/9/11

FRIDAY NIGHT MILES - Event 3 of 3

The records fell again in both Women's and Men's races and there was a palpable buzz in Van Cortlandt Stadium. Thanks to everyone that came out.

Time:	5:45pm Race-Day Registration Opens 6:15pm Warm-ups and Coaching Clinics 6:45pm - 7:30pm Racing on the Track 7:30pm - 8:pm Awards and Coaching Q & A
Entry Fee	$10
Registration	Register at the event from 5:45pm Note: Athletes must be 18 years or older to compete in the Friday Night series.
Races	Mile Races Participants will be split into competitive heats by gender and pace.
Coaching Clinics	During the races, leading NYC-area coaches will be holding workshops to help you improve your training and technique. More details about coaches and cinics to follow
